Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. About Us

Truenest Construction Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is Flat 1, 55 Waverley Gardens, London, England, NW10 7EE. You can contact us at admin@truenestconstruction.co.uk.

These terms and conditions apply to your use of our website and to any services you engage us to provide. By using our website or entering into a contract with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Truenest Construction Ltd provides construction and related services including but not limited to residential construction, commercial fit-outs, structural works, project management, and design support.

The specific scope, price, and programme for any project will be agreed in writing between the parties before work commences. No verbal agreement shall constitute a binding contract.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Truenest Construction Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If the scope of works changes or unforeseen circumstances arise during the project, the price may be revised. Any variations to the agreed works will be confirmed in writing.

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed in writing for each project. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date.

Late payment may result in suspension of works and will incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide access to the site at agreed times
  • Ensure all necessary permissions and approvals are obtained prior to commencement
  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding the project
  • Make payments in accordance with agreed terms
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns or changes to requirements

6. Liability

Truenest Construction Ltd will carry out all works with reasonable skill and care in accordance with good construction practice.

Our liability to you is limited to direct losses arising from our breach of contract or negligence. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All drawings, specifications, documents, and designs produced by or on behalf of Truenest Construction Ltd remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing. You may not reproduce or use such materials without our written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a contract by giving written notice in the event of a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice of that breach.

On termination, the client shall pay for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
